Our client is one of Australia’s biggest names with a reputation for service excellence and commitment to real estate industry. Based in Sydney’s CBD they are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join their team.
Reporting to the head of the division, this role will be responsible for working with business unit managers and customers to understand and drive their financial performance and overall profitability. Key to this role is fostering strong business relationships while preparing budgets and forecasts, financial analysis, reporting, modeling and systems.
To be successful in this position you will be degree qualified with a CA/CPA desirable but not essential. You will have a background in a similar position including core accounting experience. You will have experience working with stakeholders including discussing and providing advice on financial and operational performance. You will have a continuous improvement focus, be curious by nature and have the ability to build rapport quickly with all levels of business.
