The Role
This role is an initial six month contract focusing on the purchasing life cycle and other genernal administration responsibilities, with the possibility for extention and additional responsibilities. While the role will predominantly involve raising work orders and purchase orders for the team, other key responsibilities include:
- Administration of the entire PO lifecycle
- Receipting invoices/purchase orders
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Liaising with supervisors to ensure accuracy of information
- Ad hoc administration as required
Skills and Experience
In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of purchasing and the PO lifecyle
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using a large ERP system - Oracle desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with the team and external stakeholders
