We have some exciting opportunities open for people with bookkeeping experience to join our Customer and Technical Support team
What would you do?
We’re seeking passionate, experienced bookkeeping/accounting specialists to provide support to customers with regard to the use of the accounting function within Ardex.
We’ll train you thoroughly on the Ardex Premier Suite of Products so you can assist our customers with all of their online and phone queries.
You’ll become an Ardex Premier Expert and know all the tips and tricks to help our customers use the most out of our accounting, horse and owner management software.
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, is patient, and skilled at explaining things clearly. You strive to provide outstanding customer service.
This is a permanent full-time role
Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Minimum of one year of accounting studies
- A willingness to learn, familiarity and comfort with technology
- A passion for assisting customers to resolve their questions over email or phone
- Outstanding communication and English skills - both verbal and written
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
- A problem solver who takes pride in resolving tricky customer queries
- Knowledge of the horse racing and breeding industry is a plus but is not required
