In addition to exceptional training, you will work on sophisticated clients and be encouraged to take on more responsibility as soon as you are comfortable. The successful candidate will be completing the CA or CPA programs and have approximately 1 to 2 year's (guide only) of business services experience at a quality local firm. However the years of experience are not as important as the quality of experience. As client contact will be significant, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation and an approachable personality. You must demonstrate energy, motivation and a strong desire to advance your career.
