About the business
Australian Capital Land ("ACL"), is the wholly-owned investment arm of Beijing Capital Land in Australia. ACL primarily focuses on residential project investments, development, real estate finance and corporate finance. The Australian office is based in Sydney CBD.
About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for:
1) Handling periodic in-house investment accounting processes
2) Handling annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review reports
3) Liaising with internal/external parties on accounting and finance issues
4) Handling year end audit and tax related lodgement.
5) Assisting in building investment models and fund raising processes.
6) Handling the Feasibility study regarding potential projects and provide analysis report.
Skills and experience
Relevant bachelor level qualification at a minimum 10 years' experience in property investment. Cantonese and Mandarin language skills mandatory.
CPA or equal qualification mandatory.
Fund Accounting experience in both Hong Kong and Australia preferred.
