Our Business Services department is on the hunt for an energetic and hardworking Accounts Services supervisor for our small close knit team. You will thrive in a fast paced environment as well as being adaptable to differing situations which arise on a daily basis. This role has been developed to purely support Goodstart Early Learning accounts function ensuring the timely and accurate payment for services. You will be providing financial, administrative and clerical services to families and centre directors ensuring open and clear communication throughout the process. Being able to problem solve situations and think outside the box will hold you in good stead in this role.
This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours / week at our Murarrie head office.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- 4-6 years hands on Accounts experience
- Computer skills, good mathematical background
- Experience with spreadsheet and automated accounting systems
- Proven experience in managing a credit management and/or finance and accounting role in a large, multi-site, service-related organisation
- Qikkids experience is desirable
