- Senior role in a supportive environment
- Develop strategy, tax policy and processes
- Provide business specific tax advice to the business and tax specialists
As the Tax Associate - Advisory, the role will partner various performing business units
Providing strategic tax advice from identifying tax risks to assessing the impact of legislative change and developing a strategy to best implement.
Reporting to the Tax Associate - Advisory will engage with various departments to provide reliable and accurate advice and frameworks, the day to day duties will include;
Supporting the Head of Tax, Director of Tax, and ngage and develop strong relationships with the business and finance
- Provide tax advice for new business initiatives and transactions
- Implementing tax risk management frameworks
- Engage and develop strong relationships with the business and finance
The successful the Tax Associate - Advisory should have the following background:
- Would suit a Finance professional from a Big 4 Audit background
- Chartered accounting background or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of legislative requirements with a hunger and inquisitive nature to conduct detailed analysis and effectively translate technical tax elements to business stakeholders.
- Prefer a Tax specialist from a relevant industry background - Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, Global markets
- Strong communication and influencing skills
