The Role
Reporting directly to a Commercial Manager you will be an important member of a high performing Commercial Team. Partnering closely with a team of General Managers, you will help drive the delivery of positive commercial outcomes for both the organisation and your clients. Key responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted too:

• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Work closely with customers to establish a competitive advantage in their industry.
• Monitoring of commercial opportunities to positively impact the P&L.
• Covert data into valuable analytics
• Financial modelling to quantify the commercial impact to your customers businesses.
• Provide insights and commentary on the performance of your projects.
• Keep abreast of market trends and emerging opportunities for your customers and the business
• Other tasks as per the direction of the Commercial Manager

The Candidate
With a relevant degree, either in Supply Chain or Commerce you will ideally have 3 + years experience in a consulting style role within a services based business, ideally with exposure to the supply chain / logistics sector. With high level communication skills, you will be capable of building strong working relationships with senior (C-Suite) stakeholders. With strong financial modelling and analysis skills, you will be capable of providing commentary to internal and external stakeholders that will aid in their decision making. You will be tech savvy and will be proficient with BI tools and a variety of financial software applications. You will be career oriented and looking to progress your career in a fast paced, dynamic and high growth business.
