We are looking for a full-time (7.5 hours plus 0.5 unpaid lunch break a day Monday to Friday) experienced Senior Book-keeper to start ASAP.  If you can provide a high-level of service, multitask, are detailed driven, can work to deadlines and are excited about the opportunity to make a difference, we're looking for you.  

The role includes (but is not limited to): 

Duties:

• Manage workloads to ensure completion of month end tasks in line with timetable
• Confidential processing and reconciliation of payroll, PAYG, GST and superannuation
• Prepare quarterly BAS
• Maintaining FAR
• Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconciliations (e.g. prepayments, accruals, FAR, investments, etc.)
• Assist with unplanned ad-hoc tasks as and when they arise depending on client requirements
• Manage Scout Store
• Ensure all orders are packed, invoiced and labelled accurately.
• Accurately receipts, verifies and stores stock as required
• Assist with the monthly stock takes 
• Manage  inventory levels

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Knowledge and experience with MYOB and MYOB Retail
• A team player, with a positive can-do attitude and dynamic personality
• Ability to complete occasional out of hours work
