The team
You’ll be part of a Payment solutions team who are masters in providing world-class commercial support. Assisting the merchant services team with general finance duties including chargebacks, disputes and disbursements.
We work with a huge variety of people, making each day interesting, challenging, fun and exciting.
The opportunity
You will manage the end to end dispute and chargebacks process on behalf of the SME and Enterprise team. Critical to the success of the team is the timely and effective communication on the phone and via email, striking the balance of providing a great service and recovering outstanding funds.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage ad-hoc finance tasks and processes and everyday will look different.
Managing regular communication with our merchants and the banks to reduce our chargeback exposure. Creation of daily manual disbursal requests and monitoring banking files, troubleshooting and resolving issues as required. There is a considerable amount of supporting administration that needs to be performed to ensure that the process is as efficient and structured as possible.
What you’ll bring
You will have customer service and administration experience preferably in a finance team,
- Experience in a debt collection or finance role
- Experience in a payments / banking environment
- Understanding of dispute and chargeback processes
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite - Excel
- Proven customer service experience
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
