What you get to do
- Prepare customer invoices from information provided by the Contract Administration team
- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaise with the Contract Administration team when there are billing issues affecting payment
- Accounts receivable/debt collection across a number of customers
- Assist with the implementation of process changes impacting billings and accounts receivable
About you
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when analysing and communicating financial information
- Exposure to accounting software – preferably Oracle
- Computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Office required, proficient in Excel
- The ideal candidate is probably either experienced in an Accounts Receivable, or studying for CPA status
