Our business is well positioned for growth and we are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Credit Officer to partner our Rodwells business as part of our Credit team based in Laverton.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your own debtors ledger to ensure all outstanding accounts are resolved and relationships with customers are maintained. This diverse and rewarding role also involves daily banking and allocation of payments reconciliations, payment plan negotiations and monitoring held orders. You will maintain positive relationships with vendors and liaise with customers, handling and resolving queries in a timely manner. You will contribute to month end processes including account reconciliations.
About You:
To be successful you must demonstrate previous AR/credit experience in a large business ideally gained within a high-volume retail, FMCG business and experience with the efficient and timely management of delinquent accounts. You will demonstrate strong time management skills with high ability to meet deadlines, proven analytical, influencing and problem solving skills, along with a strong desire to improve efficiency and contribute to team objectives. This role will suit and experience AR/Collections professional who is comfortable dealing with customers at all levels of an organisation and someone who is self-motivated and gains satisfaction from achieving individual targets. SAP experience and knowledge of the PPSR will be highly regarded.
