The Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Management of relationships with suppliers
• High volume processing on invoices daily
• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipting
• Complete weekly payment runs
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Assist with month end reporting
• Ad hoc tasks as required

  
Ideal Candidate
  
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an Accounts Payable Officer role along with the following attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and process a high volume of invoices daily
• High attention to detail
• A passionate and positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Great time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
• High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
• SAP or JDE experience essential
