The role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this dynamic role that will see you utilising your well rounded payroll skills to process weekly pays for 600 people, whilst being across relevant EBA regulations and undertaking a number of administration tasks such as running daily commercial reports and management of key accounts for the site.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • solid experience with KRONOS
  • proficiency with Excel
  • demonstrated ability in working with and interpreting site EAs
  • Previous payroll experience
  • An ability to multi task

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • prepare weekly Payroll for ~600 staff onsite
  • understand and interpret site EBAs with regards to hours worked, leave entitlements, pay rates & allowances
  • Investigate and rectify exceptions
  • process leave and other team member related requests
  • provide back-up for commercial team functions
  • assist commercial team in preparation of weekly/monthly reports, as well as budget and forecast processes
  • manage key expense accounts for site such as payroll, stationary and uniform orders
  • oversee and execute account reconciliation
  • General Administration functions
