dnata catering is recruiting for an experienced Billing Officer to join their Finance Team on a Maternity Leave Contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Accurate processing of high volume invoices
• Ensuring contracted prices are billed
• Customer reconciliations
• Liaising with customers
• Maintaining detailed filing system of invoices and payments
• Provide answers to senior management for specific information
• Assist with year end audits
• Assist with ad-hoc projects

Selection Criteria:

• At least 2 years experience in a high volume accounts receivable role
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
