A leading international property and infrastructure group with deep sector expertise in Australia, the Property business involves the development of master planned communities, inner city mixed use development, apartments, commercial, retail and retirement living. Through the Investment Management business, it is also involved in managing capital on behalf of the institutional investors, as well as property and asset management. Projects include Barangaroo South NSW, Melbourne Quarter VIC and Waterbank WA.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Finance, Property Australia and located within the central Australian Property team, your role will be focused on performing analysis across multiple areas to provide innovative insights to support decision making and performance outcomes for the Australian Property business. In addition, your role will include finance operational responsibilities including performance reporting and optimisation of finance systems to improve analytical capability. You will collaborate across a range of stakeholders such as property finance business partners, finance services and Group finance teams to ensure cohesiveness of information and outputs.
Suitable candidates will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to think laterally to produce forward-thinking commercial insights. Your personal skills will be supported by excellent modelling skills and experience in various systems (TM1, excel, power point etc) will also be highly regarded. You will also be an excellent communicator, able to work with a broad range of stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications are essential in finance, accounting or a related field.
