About the opportunity
In this 12 month contract, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to your own portfolio of Premium Customer Accounts within the Premium Accounts team . You will resolve account queries and ensure debt positions are managed.
- Develop customer relationships and maximise the Accounts Receivable customer experience
- Follow up customer’s to facilitate account payments and query resolution
- Liaise with Global Business Service Centre on payment interface, matching, allocation and account reconciliations
- Contribute to debtor reports & territory analysis
- Provide status update on your Premium Account portfolio to stakeholders across the business
- Identify and deliver on opportunities to improve the Accounts Receivable processes and the premium customer experience
About you
- Previous experience in a relationship based Accounts Receivables role
- Commercial acumen, strong judgment and decision making skills
- High level of analytical skills and strength in attention to detail
- Strong communication, relationship building and networking skills
- Experience using SAP, JDE,CSD (Siebel), Petrolink is preferred but not essential
