Excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to work with a leading ASX listed organisation on a 4 month temporary role.

Description

You will be supported by a team of 10, reporting to the Finance Manager. Your main responsibilities and duties will be

• Prepare month end results, including the preparation of any required journal adjustments and preparation of profit and loss statement
• Identifying, owning and driving process improvements
• The preparation of statutory reporting requirements within deadlines
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation and review of general ledger reconciliations
• Identifying and recommending continuous process improvements

Profile

As the successful applicant you will be CPA/CA qualified, you will be ambitious, well communicated and an organised individual who is looking to take the next step in their career. Ideally you have commenced your career within a Big 4 or mid tier firm and have now gained experience within commerce. You will have proven experience working in a retail and FMCG environment. Proficiency in SAP and TM1 will looked upon favourably.
