Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world’s leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.
We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.
So where does your new role fit into our team?
What this job involves:
- Key Ownership and oversight of the finance function within the ANZ property portfolio and providing full financial reporting on all client property portfolio matters.
- Key objectives for the role include:
- Ensuring the further development and refinement of key metric reporting into ANZ
- Critical analysis of contractor financial performance during contract reviews and procurement processes
- Support the building management and operational teams with the development of reporting and trend analysis
- Support the greater focus on producing benchmarking for the property and portfolio
To apply you need to be experienced with:
You need to be CA or CPA qualified (or currently studying towards completion), preferably with Property experience.
You will have a proven ability to work with systems, understand how to extract data and present data to address business needs for key information and have an ability to work with different types of data and subject matter and to be able to analyse and interrogate results.
Your personal effectiveness will see you able to work and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including JLL operational staff, Account Finance Business Partners and & JLL senior leadership team members.
