We currently have an exciting opening for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established fast moving consumer goods organisation on an initial two month temporary basis. This opportunity also offers the benefit of being located within close proximity to the CBD and one where the workplace is known for their supportive environment.

This position is one that will have you working as an Accounts Receivable Officer at their Melbourne CBD location, where they promote a positive work-life balance.
Description
Reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Raising invoices, receipting and allocations
- Daily reconciliation of bank and customer statements
- Weekly maintenance of the general ledger
- Running weekly reports on debtor status
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handling new customer administrations
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful applicant would ideally have previous experience in a full function Accounts Receivable position. Being able to accurately process a high number of invoices on a daily basis is required. You will need a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships and a proven ability to work effectively in a team based environment. Previous experience using a large SAP system would be considered favourable but is not essential.
