The Company:

Our client is a well known name in Melbourne healthcare industry. Due to an increased workload, they currently have an opening for a temporary accounts payable assistant. More than anything else, you will need to be willing to be hands on, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

High volume data entry of invoices
Reconciliations
Processing payment runs
Data Entry
Managing internal/external relationships
Other ad-hoc duties

In order to successful within the role you must possess the following:

Experience using Oracle is essential
Team Player with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
