- An exponentially growing firm in Geelong has seen the progression of 2 managers to partner creating a gap at the senior level.
- Work autonomously whilst managing a portfolio and down streaming the work to 3-5 juniors.
- 50% of your time will be spent on challenging advisory work such tax planning, restructuring, refinancing and estate planning.
- 20% of your time will be allocated to mentoring, teaching and reviewing the work of juniors, with the rest of the time spent on compliance as you know.
- Internal processes are smooth and efficient here to ensure effective communication from the top down.
- Client facing role with regular quarterly meetings with clients along with monthly reporting.
