About the role

Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor your primary duties will include:

• Preparation of data– check invoices against the data in the ERP system (Navision)
• Data entry for warranty payable (includes G/L entries)
• Issuing Warranty Sales Invoices to overseas factories and end users
• Preparation of warranty documents
• Issue Warranty Service Credit Notes to Service Agents and overseas factories
• Process payments
• Communicate with the Credit Control department
• Processing contra / offset of warranty payable against sales receivable
• Communicate with the service agents in relation to payments / contra / offset
• Reconciliation
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Any other tasks as directed by the supervisor/managers

Skills and experience

To secure this role you must have:

• Accounts experience (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, advantageous!)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced) – Must be able to do VLookUp's / Formulas / Multiple Sheets on Excel
• Lotus Notes experience, desirable!
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Diploma in Business (Diploma / Degree in Accounting, advantageous!)
• Be able to create reports
• Exposure to Reception duties
• Office Fundamentals
