About you

First and foremost, you’re incredibly passionate about analytics and have excelled within this space. Your numerical reasoning and analytical mindset has shown you great success in the past. However your inquisitive nature means you're craving more, and you’re now looking to take the scope of your skillset further.
  
You’re looking to explore accounting on a deeper level, and the thought of liaising with clients is new and exciting. You’re craving something more hands on, and you’re extremely motivated to take your career in another direction.

About the role

This is a newly created role, playing a critical part of the finance team, and overall success of the business. Reporting to and providing support to the Finance Manager, you will add significant value to the organisation by;

• Preparing financial analysis to drive improved financial performance
• Assisting with financial reporting preparation
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Reviewing and identifying business process improvements
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the accounts receivable function to drive improved cash collections

Selection Criteria 

Alongside your drive and motivation to learn, to be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following;

• Some previous experience within accounts or finance
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong numerical reasoning
• Analytical capability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Business or Accounting degree is a bonus!
