Due to an internal secondment, an opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Accountant to join this high performing team on an initial 6 month contract with the view to perm for the right candidate.
 
As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis across the Australian and New Zealand business units enabling key stakeholders with quality decision making. 
 
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant your mandate will include:
• General Ledger Reconciliations, Large Data Sets/ Complex Reconciliations.
• Month End Close Process
• Gross Margin Analytics/ Reconciliation 
• Projects
 
To be successful you will be near or CA/CPA qualified with at least 2-3 years experience, ideally gained in the financial services industry and/or a large commercial business. A technically skilled accountant you will be able to analyse data and provide detailed reports on the outcomes. Possessing highly developed communication your ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders and demonstrated leadership in daily practices will be second to none. A high performer you will be confident and have the ability to work independently.
