An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Management Accountant to join the BIG Finance Team based in North Sydney. 
  
This role is ideal for candidates who are CA/CPA qualified with up to 3 years experience in commercial roles.
  
Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of month end and year end reporting
• Drive the organisations budgeting and operational forecasting processes
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards and reports tracking key performance metrics both financial and operational
• Delivering insightful analysis and commentary on performance by leveraging strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Invoicing of clients and analysis of quotations for new jobs
• Finance system improvement and introduction of analytical tools
• Financial analysis of clients and jobs
• Cash flow analysis and forecasting
• Coaching employees across all departments in utilising the tools and reporting available for analysing performance
• Develop and maintain appropriate financial reports, policies and procedures including process analysis for improvements and reporting innovation
• Risk management - regular review of existing systems, procedures and processes
• Leading finance projects successfully and on time

Successful candidates must possess:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar permanent role
