Job Duties:
Sitting in the Finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Credit Controller will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Generating and processing Invoices
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Liaising with the legal team
- Account Reconciliation
- Collection calls
- Receipting payments
- Handling enquiries
- Ensuring collections are occurring in accordance to policy
- Billings
- Negotiating payment plans with Clients
Your Profile
You have great customer service and people skills. You can multitask and are meticulous in your work. You are proactive in managing the debt and ensure your work is accurate while providing detailed reports to management.
