Excellent opportunity for someone with strong receivables exposure, ideally within the Health care/ Aged Care space but open to people from outside of the industry.
The main focus of the role is to provide accurate & timely invoicing, debt collection as well as managing customer accounts.
- Set up new resident accounts with all required information - maintain all aspects of a portfolio relating to residents within facilities
- Monthly invoicing of resident accounts
- Telephone account queries - internal/external
- Administer customer accounts- collection of unpaid bonds, customer claim/ disputes, identifying bad debt in line with the business policies
- Be a positive member of the team, helping out in other areas where needed during busy periods
- Provide support to the internal & external audit programs
- Manage customer payments including processing of the direct debit payment file and cash allocation
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the aged care space but open to other options, however building strong customer relationships & reducing bad debt is key.
