The Role

The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for providing the financial and management reporting/service for the allocated portfolio.
  
The role is client focused so the Senior Property Accountant is expected to build and maintain strong working relationships with the client's representatives. 
  
The Senior Property Accountant will work closely with the client's Financial Services and our client's Facilities Management team members and will be expected to meet regularly, ensure that all reporting requirements are met by the due dates and that all queries are dealt with promptly.

The Person

To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following skills and experience.
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with the client, their customers and colleagues including reports and documentation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines in service to several client contacts
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and the client at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
