The role

Working within one of our fastest growing specialist areas, Frontier Software Payroll Services offers traditional ‘process and deliver’ type bureau arrangements through to outsourced and fully-managed service contracts.

An effective and successful Payroll Services Team Member has the following attributes:

Responsibilities

The critical purpose of the Payroll Services Team Member is to provide Payroll Services for clients within the contract and procedural guidelines ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery of services for our clients.

Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Resource planning
  • Participation in Managed Services Project implementations
  • Operational meetings with clients
  • New Business sales support
  • Development and Maintenance of Payroll Services Procedures
  • Monitoring and Adherence to Company Quality Assurance Program ISO9001 /27001
Experience Required
  • Exposure to the chris product suite (preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ exposure to Payroll/Human Resource procedures and legislation
  • Demonstrated payroll experience, including end to end processing of large payrolls, processing of termination pays, leave analysis, Monthly and Annual Statutory calculations, superannuation, Award/EBA understanding and year-end processing
  • High-level organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrated ability to be able to prioritise multiple tasks and balance conflicting workloads and demands
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office packages
  • Year 12 completion
A mandatory requirement will be a satisfactory police clearance
