In this role, you will work closely with senior managers across multiple teams to drive strong commercial outcomes. Description
Reporting to the General Manager, your key duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Lead and manage a growing team of analysts
- Prepare multiple site costings and divisional budget and forecasts
- Provide commercial insights and strategic support to operational leaders
- Monthly reporting to multiple levels of management (including Executive)
- Partner with management to prepare ongoing business cases/projects
- Assist with the roll out of new systems to operations overseas
- Assist with ad hoc projects where required.
Profile
To be considered for this opportunity, you would have a relevant Bachelor degree (Accounting or related) and are CA/CPA qualified. You would demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels within a large complex commercial business. Prior experience in similar role within a multinational / ASX firm would be highly beneficial. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess these traits/skills:
- Strong project management skills
- Committed, enthusiastic and proactive
- High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change and pressure
- Solution-focused with strong decision making ability
Finally, any prior experience engaging stakeholders in HR, Learning & Development and/or working with RTOs would be highly desired.
