Over the past few years the company's efforts have been focused on delivering a world class call tracking solution to support directory companies, digital media agencies, data driven marketing professionals, direct marketers, SME and enterprise businesses.

We now require an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team reporting to a Financial Controller.

The responsibilities will include the following:

•Running monthly payroll including staff commissions and record keeping of staff leave records. Quarterly payment of Super as per Law.

•Managing the Accounts Payable process and ensuring invoices are accurate

•Communicating internally and externally on disputable invoices and ensuring payments are made on time

•Reconcile credit card and bank accounts (monthly)

•Managing company insurance including the register of insurance policies and assisting with renewals and processing insurance policy claims

•Preparing of EMDG application

•Preparation of FBT returns

•Prepare & calculate commission spreadsheets monthly

•General bookkeeping and filing

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator, with the confidence to challenge current processes, ideally you will possess an accounting qualification. Experience with MYOB or similar software and advanced Excel skills are essential. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
