TLC Diverse People Solutions is a Western Australia owned recruitment company. We specialise in the provision of highly trained and technical trades personnel servicing mining and heavy industrial industries throughout Australia.

Due to sustained growth we are currently seeking a highly experienced Payroll/Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. 

Reporting to the General Manager - Operations your responsibilities in this role will include though are not limited to:

  • Process complex weekly payroll (200 + Employees) across 25 client sites.
  • Prepare Weekly Labour Hire Invoicing
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks of Payroll including setting up new starters, Super, Tax, Annual Leave, Sick Leave etc.
  • Establish and maintain database for employee and HR records (MYOB)
  • Manage all Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Prepare Month End Reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Process accurate and timely year end reporting
  • Process ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required
  • Reconciliation of payroll tax, work cover and superannuation monthly balance sheet rec and annual reconciliation

To be considered for this role you must have demonstrable experience in the following:

  • Highly proficient and experienced with MYOB Payroll & Accounts function
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fast paced work environment, high volume activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skill
  • Ideally possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Full function payroll experience
  • Enjoy working in a friendly and outgoing team
