About the role
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable person to join our busy Midvale office & will be responsible for:
-Managing a busy debtors ledger which requires communication with customers via phone & email to ensure timely payment of their accounts
-Invoicing using MYOB
-Processing & allocation of payments
-Process credit applications
-Ad-hoc administrative tasks & roles when required
Skills and experience
To be considered for this position you must:
-Have previous experience in this role
-Competent computer skills - MYOB, Word & Excel
-The ability to communicate with a wide range of customers
-Have excellent numeracy & literacy skills
-Ability to multi task and prioritise your daily responsibilities
-High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
-Be highly organised
