We are actively seeking a
Administration Payroll Assistant (Permanent Part Time)
The successful applicants will be an integral part of team, based at our Bracken House facility in Dubbo NSW.
The selected candidate will work closely with our Accountant & Regional Manager to deliver industry leading best practice payroll management, service & support to our broad organisation.
Day to Day you will be responsible for:
- All facets of payroll processing
- Administration support
- Accurate record keeping
- Inter company reconciliations
- Month end reporting
To be considered you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of computerised accountancy and payroll software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Previous experience in an aged care environment highly regarded but not essential.
