The Organisation

The Role

The Commercial Business Partner will be reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance and work closely with your Business Unit Head delivering commercial outcomes within operations including business planning, analysis, investment evaluation and team development.

Major deliverables include commercial decision support; budgeting and forecasting; management reporting and analysis; strategic planning, business development, driving profitability and the development of business partnerships with senior line & functional managers.

You will also evaluate new business initiatives and projects, apply investment appraisal techniques (such as ROI analysis, NPV or payback) and support M&A, pricing, RFP's and other cost / revenue initiatives as well as other adhoc project work as required.

About You (WHAT YOU POSSESS)

You are qualified or nearing qualification of your CA (or CPA/CIMA) and bring some strong analytical experience accompanied by a solid accounting background.

Or, alternatively you are currently working within a Big 4 or mid-tier chartered firm looking to make your 1st move into commerce into an exciting analytical role.

Additionally, you'll have outstanding communication skills, proven stakeholder management capabilities and advanced Excel skills. Experinece with OLAP tools (SAP, Oracle, TM1) will be highly regarded.
