Bookkeeper & customer service officer - 3-4days per week (22+ hours a week)
Due to recent growth, an immediate opportunity to work for a well established Transport & Logistic organisation in a part-time Accounts Payable/Receivable position, Job will also include customer service XERO experienced book-keeping & budgeting.
MUST have 4+ yrs experience in accounts and excellent written and verbal communication.
Tasks:
Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing of customers & Entry into Xero
- Reconciling & Allocation of Payments received (cash, Direct Transfers, EFTPOS)
- Dealing with customer Queries
- Weekly reporting
- Budgeting / forecast
- Maintain the chart of accounts
- Maintain the annual budget
Accounts Payable
- Coding of Suppliers Invoices into Xero
- Scheduling of Payments- Maintanence of Suppliers list
Petty Cash
- Disbursement to employees
- Coding of transactions
Payroll / HR experience
- Calculation of timesheets
- Management of Superannuation Payment must
Customer Service Experience
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Clear and professional phone manner a must
- Experience in dealing with wide range of customers
