The Company
Our client is a growing signage and graphics supplier, who have been established for 20 years. They pride themselves on their close relationships with their clients, their strong team environment and their passion to achieve results.
The Role
This temporary position will go for 4 weeks, due to a staff member taking annual leave. The role will be working with a close-knit team and you will be responsible for the following:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliations
- Maintaining company records
- Data Entry
- Answering phones
The role involves using Xero, along with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables)
Your Profile
You will be experienced with different ERP systems. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in AP/AR. You will have a high attention to detail and will work well in a team environment. You be available immediately.
