About the business
Our client is a major organisation in the oil & gas industry who seek an experienced Sales Analyst to assist them in making a difference in an admin and analysis role in their Customer Solutions Department.
About the role
The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for supporting nominated field involved in sales admin, analysis and improve customer experience
Duties include
- some analytical work
- a lot of process improvement,
- trouble shooting,
- issue resolution,
- stakeholder engagement,
- sales support etc.

Skills and experience
A strong sales admin or sales analysis background would be ideal
For you to hit the ground running, you must have experience in a similar role in your recent work history. You are proactive, prioritise your workload effectively and enjoy connecting with your peers to collaborate. You are comfortable presenting insights and solutions to non-financial stakeholders and can identify profit improvement opportunities through your expert data manipulation, analysis, and Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
Salesforce / JDE experience is desirable but not essential.
