About the role
Our client is looking for an engaging and ambitious Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. The role will involve partnering with internal/ external stakeholders as well ensuring business processes are performed efficiently and will primarily be responsible for the analysis and reporting of performance, processes and systems. This role is a 12 month Contract Role.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to a divisional GM you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:
- Identify, review and document improvements to existing business processes
- Liaise and engage with business leaders to establish relevant KPIs and meaningful KPIs
- Work alongside Business Unit Managers to prepare budgets and forecasts and business proposals
- Detailed reporting with relevant commercial input and advice
- Evaluate projects and investment opportunities providing strategic recommendations
The successful applicant will have
- Ideally CA or CPA qualified (or currently pursuing)
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical roles within large and complex environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience presenting to senior management and FMCG experience will be highly advantageous.
