We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Group Financial Accounting Manager looking to work in a dynamic and varied ICT environment. Our well-known and fast-growing companies have a national and international presence and provide Enterprise level voice, data and security solutions in the B2B marketplace.
The Group Financial Accounting Manager will to head up the Financial Accounting Team and work closely with the Group Financial Controller and operational heads on month end, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow. The candidate will be a qualified CPA/CA and have responsibility for managing a team and will need to be comfortable working in a changing and growing organisation. In this role they will need to provide:
All statutory accounting, reporting, ASIC and ATO requirements:
- Month-end close.
- Preparation for and timely close of audits.
- Manage, develop and mentor team.
- Process improvement.
- Ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Provide technical support to CFO and operational leaders as required.
- Hold Stakeholders accountable for financial performance of business / contracts; implement KPIs and reporting as needed.
- Good communication and relationship building skills to help drive accountability for results.
- Gravitas to be able to step up to lead the full team in future.
