Accounts Graduate/Office all-rounder administrative with MYOB experience

 

Lumasign is a privately owned company. We provide Energy Efficient LED lighting upgrade solutions to commercial businesses. You will be required to assist in the managing of finance and administrative functions of the company.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after all the transactional, day to day accounts including processing of invoices and payments.
  • Managing both creditors and debtors utilising MYOB
  • Daily management of company bank accounts and cash flow amendments
  • Managing sales orders and quotes
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration functions as needed
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier reconciliation and maintenance
  • General ledger analysis and reconciliation
  • Assisting the accountant with accounting duties
  • Assistance with the day to day running and maintenance of the office, including the answering of incoming calls
  • Other ad-hoc operational, administrative and assistant tasks, processing compliant job paperwork and files from start to end
  • Providing strong customer service

 

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Degree qualified with solid academic results in an accounting related degree
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • The successful candidate will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills. You should be a team player, lateral thinker, accurate and have strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and advanced Excel skills essential.
  • Flexibility and ability to work with change
  • Experience in accounting procedures and office administration activities
  • Experience with MYOB is a strong preference
  • English must be your first language
