We have an exceptional career opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team to support our global reputation as a leading international company for public art.
About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be performing full function Accounts Payable duties including but not limited to day to day processing of accounting transactions to ensure payments, receipting and finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. This role will see you processing high volumes of work from end to end, across different entities.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in the Accounts Payable Officer position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and policies
- Experience working with MYOB and Excel
- Experience in performing basic analysis of accounting information
- High level organisational skills and driven to deliver tasks on time, to a high quality standard
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
- Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with high standards of customer service
- Experience working within high volume Accounts Payable environments
- Experience with managing expense claims highly desirable
Salary is negotiable and will be based on level of experience and alignment with attributes above upon selection.
