We are currently seeking an experienced Receivables Leader to Lead and coordinate the daily operations of a Receivables Team that manages a portfolio of Caltex’s diverse customer base of over 75,000 entities across an $800million Receivables ledger.
The Receivables Team Leader will drive productivity and efficiency improvements through the streamlining of business processes and practices which maximise company cash flows and overall Team performance. You will align and integrate Organisational and Departmental led customer service initiatives and goals with Receivables policies, practices and day to day operations with a view of providing a greater Customer experience.
Reporting to the Receivables Manager, in this role you will:

  • Manage a Team of Receivables Coordinators that are responsible for the full collections lifecycle and coordinate and distribute workflows.
  • Handle and resolve significant Customer issues that are escalated by the Team.
  • Ensure all collections activity is compliant with Legal and Caltex Credit and Receivables Policies, and meet all Audit requirements.
  • Support the adoption, rollout and execution of Customer Service led initiatives, practices and goals which contribute to a greater customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Learning and Development Coordinator to foster a continuous improvement culture and customer centric focus.
  • Drive Team achievement of Receivables Key Performance metrics and targets.
  • Review monthly results and reporting and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Regularly monitor and report on Key Performance statistics for the Team to identify achievement and potential knowledge or training gaps.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that will automate current work processes and drive efficiencies within the Receivables Team.

To be successful, you have over 3 years experience in Receivables management with proven negotiating and influencing skills evidenced by your success in key business outcomes. You engage and build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and most importantly within your Team. You are able to communicate key information effectively and coach your staff to achieve growth and efficiency of the receivables function and their own development. You Lead the challenge of customer centric receivables management and create positive outcomes and experiences for all.
