The Company
Robert Half are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a friendly payroll team on a contract basis. Based SOR this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is immediately available and experienced in large full function payroll.
The Role
The role, reporting to the Payroll Manager the responsibilities will include the following:
- Processing a fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Setting up new starters and maintaining employee files
- Handling queries from employees
- Ensuring compliance with superannuation and taxation requirements
- Reconciling leave balances
Your Profile
This role is suitable for someone who has experience in an end to end payroll function. The ideal candidate will also possess:
- The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
