About the role
This role is a fixed term contract with the view to go permanent, for a Senior Finance Business Analyst to support all of their 50+ business units and drive the company value of ‘Accountability’ by developing automated reporting frameworks to the Group’s BU level financial reporting.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive consistency and effectiveness in the Group’s BU reporting
- Provide financial analysis including ad hoc analysis for Business and Commercial Managers
- Creation of KPI reporting and analysis
- Ad hoc assistance with monthly board and exec reporting packs
- Develop automated reporting models for divisional and BU reporting
- P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, internal and external benchmarking and complex data modelling
About you
As the ideal candidate you will be CA or CPA qualified with strong commercial experience in a similar industry such as Agribusiness, Supply Chain, FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing. You will also have solid business intelligence and analysis capability from a complex commercial environment.
You will also have:
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA and macros
- Proven business partnering experience with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Between 5-8 years overall post-qualified experience
- Confidence to challenge status-quo and develop relationships across the business
