The Role

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the legal documentation and compliance as it relates to corporate and project financing, maintain all reporting and compliance for banking facilities, maintaining relationships with banks, rating agencies and capital markets, assisting with treasury policies and procedures and improving the treasury system as required.

The Person

You will have several years in a similar treasury role, property lending or advisory capacity. Knowledge and experience in the property development sector is highly desirable as are Mandarin language skills.
