With end of financial year in full swing, our client requires an experienced Commercial Senior Analysis to come on board and work with closely with the Director of Finance in carrying our detailed analysis across the group. Genuine view to permanency for the right candidate.

With over 30 luxury hotels, resorts, serviced suites across the Asia Pacific Region, our client requires an experienced Commercial Senior Analysis to assist Senior Management in delivering financial insights into business department performance across the group to drive bottom line growth. To be successful in this role, you'll be a highly driven individual, who has a passion for large data sets, who thrives on both providing analytical and strategic insight to a range of different stakeholders.
Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with department heads to provide critical analysis on business performance to date
- Ability to put together 3 way models - P&L, BS & Cash Flow
- Pricing analysis across the group to mitigate margin risk.
- Review departmental KPI's across the group
- Review of existing supplier contracts across the group
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skill set:
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3 to 4 year qualified experience in a similar position
- Experienced working with complex data - both financial and non-financial
- Excellent data modelling and reporting writing skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to people at all levels within the organisation
Desirable:
- Business partnering experience
