A unique opportunity exists for a proven analyst to support, advise and partner with Senior Leaders of this rapidly growing, Australian based tech business. They are a value driven organisation where commitment and drive are paramount. This role will support their largest division with business-critical analysis, insight and reporting, to support effective decision making and ensure their continued growth. You will be at ease discussing, in-depth, business trends, financial models, the interpretation of data, complex analysis around business activities, contracts, operational and process improvement, revenue analyses, and profitability trends

Reporting through to the GM Finance, the focus here is to support the business with actionable commercial insights, reporting and all-round decision support. More specifically, you will be tasked with;
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Drive consistency and effectiveness in the Group’s BU reporting
• Provide financial analysis including ad hoc analysis for Business and Commercial Managers
• Creation of KPI reporting and analysis
• Ad hoc assistance with monthly board and exec reporting packs
• Develop automated reporting models for divisional and BU reporting
• P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, internal and external benchmarking and complex data modelling

CA/CPA qualified, your background should be from a Finance BA, Finance Analyst or Project background with proven experience in consumer, marketing or sales intensive entities. The role ideally will attract an individual who is tertiary qualified across finance, analytics, mathematics or economics.
