About the role
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier reconciliation and maintainance
- General ledger analysis and reconciliation
- Assisting the company with day to day accounting duties
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly profit and loss statements
- BAS & FBT returns
- Management accounting reports
- Assisting to prepare financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Cash flow and inventory management
- Banking and bank statement processing
- Full function accounts payable and receivable
- General bookkeeping and administration duties.

Skills and experience
A degree qualified accountant studying towards CA/CPA with minimum 2 years experience. Top tier or mid tier accounting experience will be well received.
You should be a team player, lateral thinker, accurate and have strong attention to detail.
Strong computer skills and advanced Excel skills essential. An experience of XERO would be highly welcomed.
Experience in Health Practice, Tax & Accounting Advice. Highly recommended.
